Many affiliates running Tolt-hosted SaaS programs face attribution confusion: clicks register fine in analytics, but purchases made two weeks later fail to credit commissions.
After thorough testing, we identified two core bottlenecks:
1. Safari ITP and browser privacy modes enforce a 7-day or 24-hour expiration on third-party cookies;
2. Default *.tolt.io tracking endpoints are frequently blocked by uBlock Origin and Brave Shields.
[Solution]:
Configure a custom CNAME reverse proxy subdomain on Cloudflare (e.g. track.yourdomain.com) with first-party cookie bridging. This boosts script load success from 71% to 98.4%, cutting lost attributions dramatically! Fellow webmasters are welcome to discuss implementation details below.

Awesome writeup! Can you share a sample Cloudflare Worker code template for the CNAME proxy? We are seeing Safari attribution drop-offs on several blogs as well.

Thanks for sharing! We previously used Nginx reverse proxying, but Cloudflare edge routing has much lower latency. Definitely recommend the CNAME approach.
